Was very quiet just of the main street where there is a lot of attractions dining and shopping all within walking distance. Saw bears walking around everyday we were there we loved it.

Awesome location to be able to walk to everything in Gatlinburg. This makes up for the older facilities, the disrepair and the slightly dirty bathroom.

It was nice for the most part. Desk clerk at Check In was not an inviting atmosphere. She wasn’t entirely rude but could have been friendly especially working a job like that to have more business. She wasn’t informative of our room. She just pointed to the building. Bath tub would not drain.
