EV charging is lousy

I choose this hotel because it had EV charging. Unfortunately it was not complementary, you have to get an app and register and set up payment. And I could not get it to work. Customer service was not helpful. I'm the future I'm calling ahead to make sure they haven't outsourced charging.

It didn’t make two stars. Breakfast is terrible and late. Not even welcome coffee. Check in late! Can’t extend any time for check out. Towels are old!
