Sink was clogged, fridge didn't work, guy at desk was miserable and not nice by any means. Guy next store was snoring and kept me up. Asked for a different room, they charged me for my regular room and then charged me half for the other room which is BS! AND they didn't tell me they were going to charge me! The place is run down. Not what I would expect from a Country Inn and Suites. It's old. Floor had holes in the tile, some kind of dehumidifier in the room which was odd. Buyer beware, don't do it!

The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Breakfast and coffee were good. I liked that they had disposable gloves to use for the buffet ( although most guests did not use). There was a strong sewer scent coming from the bathroom (the bathroom was very clean though) that we reported to the front desk. There was construction off the main road where you enter the property which was annoying, but not this property’s fault. We had a good experience and will consider booking again.

Quick trip

The hotel is all carpetless, i think i like that better. With out carpet everywhere it made wheeling my luggage alot easier, it also gave the place a more open feel. I had a king room and it felt open and clean. My fridge didnt work well, Chris the mid front desk allowed me to put my food in the kitchen fridge. Everyone was very nice, id stay thete again

Very nice room with climate control. Staff very friendly. In fact, when the manager found out I had suffered a fall the previous day, she compassionately upgraded our room to a more convenient one. Breakfast included.
