From the valet drivers to the front desk, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was very clean and the facility was incredibly clean in all areas that I walked through. Overall, this will be our ongoing stay for Columbus when we have to stay there.

The room was nice but several issues should be addressed in the bathroom. The showers don’t separate water temperature from from water pressure. (The valve in the shower didn’t work to accomplish that.) The hair dryers also need to be replaced. They’re the worst quality. Cheap versions are available that are higher quality than the ones in the rooms.
