Get away from your busy life. Nestled along Fountain creek bubbling beneath blue spruce pines this cottage is the perfect place to relax, unwind and explore. Enjoy nature on the patio or from the hot tub. Located within walking distance of secluded hiking trails and the Wines of Colorado. After life as the "Many Pines" tree nursery for decades the property became a home in the 1950s. This cottage was added on to our home in the 1980s. It has since been tastefully renovated with a full bathroom, jetted tub and living area with a fridge and microwave. When you step out the door 2 acres of streams, trees and grass welcome you. There is a large patio where you can relax and spend time with your favorite person in the hot tub or by the fire

One of the best things about this property is its proximity to exploration and attractions. You can head deeper into the mountains and visit Woodland Park or down into Colorado Springs within 10 minutes. Some of the highlights close by:  - Pikes Peak

We fully stock the cottage with coffee, tea, seasonings, dishes, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels and more. The smart TV has a couple paid streaming services logged in and others available.

The yard on the property has plenty of space for activities and the patio by the creek is a fun common area where you can sit by the fire and listen to the water bubbling under the trees.

Perfect

After a week of traveling the mountains, this home was a spectacular place to recover from our strenuous activities. The hot tub was the reason we booked this cottage, but the coziness that accompanied it is hard to capture in words. I truly don't believe we could have booked a better place.
