I was able to book and pay for a room at 12:18 am for that moment with check out being at 11 am. Showed up minutes after booking and spent the next hour fighting with the man. However not only did the clerk try over and over to tell me that I was wrong that it was not book for the previous night but kept insisting I hadn’t even gotten the room in the beginning he continued to say it wasn’t popping up in their system. .. after an hour or more of fighting with the clerk I was turned away from checking in (even though I had paid for two nights which again the clerk was trying to tell me I was getting a good deal- clearly I wasn’t). I was told to call Expedia and at least try to get my money back. Then that whole thing became a problem. The representative took awhile to understand and confirm I was not able to check in to the hotel. When everything was said and done it was almost 3 in the morning. The representative stated she would give me one key credit to immediately be able to use those funds to get into another hotel since I had spent all my money on that room I had previously booked. However the credit… won’t be available for five days… leaving me to sleep in my car for the two days I had booked a room for!
I understood the system messed your job up and let me check into and pay for a room after the check in time but either way I to have been turned away when the problem could have been fixed in the morning was sad! I will never go there!!
