The bedsheets were filthy and the bed was rock hard. The carpets were wet and musty as well making it impossible to walk around without shoes. Additionally, when I went to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast at around 8 AM, there was nothing left. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to refill the food but no one did. This experience was definitely not worth it and unfortunate because I usually have great experiences with this chain.

There was a dirty towel on the bathroom door. When I called no one came and got it. I put in the hallway where it sat all night. Bathroom definitely needs updated.

My stay was a quick overnight due to an early morning connecting flight. The shuttle service was the best I've had. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Definitely will stay there again.
