The hotel seem to have changed from a previous stay. There was no hand soap in washrooms orthe little toiletries that are normally there. I told the desk and they stated their order was delayed but they handed me little bottles of bodywash and lotion from behind the desk which leads me to believe they are just trying to cut corners and only give it to customers that come to desk and ask. The breakfast was still very good. Overall we had a good time but just noticed some changes from previous exceptional experience..

We stayed at this hotel for five days and four nights, which isn’t exactly a short stay, but our room was neither cleaned nor refurbished during our time there. The hotel policy apparently only provides housekeeping for stays of seven days or longer, so we had to grab our own towels and take out our own garbage. The room itself was quite outdated. The walls were stained, and it was so dirty upon arrival that I ended up cleaning it myself. The vinyl headboard was deteriorating, and the furniture and bathtub could use some updates. On the positive side, the room was spacious, the shower head had excellent water pressure, and breakfast was great. The conditioner in the bathroom was empty, but that didn’t bother us since we brought our own toiletries. If you’re traveling with kids, this hotel might work for you due to the room size, but overall, we didn’t enjoy our stay.

The value for 2 full suites was great. But even though 2 were booked together, we were buildings apart. The room was clean except for the carpet. The carpets were so dirty that our socks turned brown.

Excellent room size and amenities. Rooms a little older but still good quality and clean. Friendly service from everyone. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Only disadvantage was we had to drive to get to the breakfast area, but the overall cost/value of our stay was superb compared to other hotels in the area. Close to Woodfield Mall and reasonable distance to O'Hare. Would return and highly recommend for any family.

The lobby was light, bright and smelled so clean and fresh. Staff was friendly upon arrival and helpful when requesting bedding for the pullout sofa and additional towels. Our room was spacious and quiet with ample parking available, however, every wall had peeling paint and looked very dingy (could have greatly benefited from a wipe down with a magic eraser at the least). The sheets were stained and piling (not close to being smooth and/or crisp at all). Overall, our experience was decent/not bad but would have been much better with more attention paid to the condition of the rooms and linens.
