The guy at the desk on the afternoon of checkin was MOST helpful! After I got settled in my room, I needed to access a printer, and he was able to help me print out some important info that I needed to have in hand at a meeting the next day. Our home had been hit by Helene and we still did not have internet when I left for Charlotte.

This hotel was just okay. Thankfully we only needed to stay two nights. This hotel is dated but clean. Breakfast was just okay with the basic options. Our room was not cleaned everyday and parking filled up quickly in the evening, however we did always find a spot. The front desk staff was awesome and helpful.

Customer service during breakfast continental not very friendly, the room didn’t get clean during the days we were there my son Eduardo Ortega made a reservation when he asked you didn’t have his reservation he went to an other hotel all the family were separate because that problem thank you for your concern.

We have been temporarily relocated after Hurricane Helene and this facility has been a God send! The cleanliness alone would be enough to stay here, but the flexibility of the staff when we had to extend days was excellent.
