Everything about the hotel is wonderful. I can’t say enough about cleanliness…I thought the area looked beautiful as well (I checked Google earth before I arrived) With that being said, their were signs in the parking lot saying the hotel was not responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles AND they have once of those flashing blue light surveillance things in their parking lot which makes me think there is a lot of criminal activity in the area.

I really appreciate the kindness of the staff being a hearing impaired solo traveler. The staff ensured that they accommodate me and my service animal. The shopping in the nearby areas are amazing and within walking distance. I will be returning for my upcoming business travels.

This hotel is located in a very cute, walkable area with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was very nice; we especially loved the lobby area, complete with comfortable seating, a colorful mural of the area, pool table, TVs, and 24/7 coffee. This was our first time staying in a Tru by Hilton hotel, and we will definitely stay here again.

Really good place to stay; but could've been great

There's only 1 person at reception, so had to wait until he was off the phone. Once he put the call on hold, he was friendly and helpful. When I went to my room, the smell of bleach was too strong from the bathroom. Outside parking lot, the headlamp was flickering and too dark--potentially a dangerous situation should a mugging occur. Breakfast simple and good; fruits were way past freshness (apple and oranges). Loved the wide open ambiance of the tables and chairs.
