This our second year of staying at this hotel. This year there was trash around bushes and homeless people sleeping outside.

I never write reviews but felt I need to on this one. We had no hot water in our room and was initially told we wouldn’t have it until 7 the next morning when maintenance came in! We did finally get hot water about 11 pm or at least hot enough to take a shower without being totally miserable. Both the second and third floor smelled like weed. Our room seemed relatively clean but you could tell there was some sheet rock repair that was done poorly and the ceiling was really dirty. First bad experience at a country inn & suites. Shame because we have always been happy with this chain.

We enjoyed our stay. We did find that it was clean nice but it was old. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest as the tiles and tub looked well used and that the staff hadn’t had time to do a deep clean. Besides that, it was a quiet spot, the staff was lovely, the breakfast was ok but perfect for a one night stay on a journey towards our final vacation destination.

I stayed because this property was close to the race track (Z Max Dragway). For a hotel it was very quiet (usually you hear "neighbors" and slamming doors) and was clean and in good order with a friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was close not only to the race complex but also other amenities such as restaurants, the light rail, and fairly close to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room smelled a little musky when we walked in and was super hot. The bed was lopsided and the shower had a weird squealing noise when turned on. It was somewhat clean and the breakfast had decent options. It was good enough for a one night stay

First time staying here. Had to wait about ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. This property looks like it could use a renovation. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It wasn't terrible for the price compared to others that I checked before booking.

Well I had high expectations of this hotel based off of the pictures and ratings. We arrive and they put us in our room, black mold all over the cabinets where the sink is and rust in the tub. I showed the gentleman up front the image and asked for a different room. He kindly moved us to the second floor. The second room was better, there were still stains on the carpet base boards and curtains in front of the windows. Water was luke warm in the shower at best, all the way on high. There was a constant electrical chirping that was hard to sleep through without adding white noise. The crowd that hangs around in the front of the hotel seemed like they were under the “influence” of something. If they renovated this hotel, it would be worth the $155/night, but I will not be going back. Only positive is the linens seemed clean.

We stayed on night. Not bad for just that, staff was friendly but the sink pipes made loud noise and my credit card was charged four times! During the breakfast a homeless person wondered in off the commuter rail. The front desk had all the missing supplies we needed…toothpaste and deodorant.
