Was ok, not great, not horrible.
Overall was ok. The room was large and fit our family of 7 easily. The breakfast lady was horribly rude. Grabbed my 7 yr olds arm because he was trying to find a fork. The next day she hovered over us like we were gonna steal something. Very rude. Yelling out when someones toast popped up. The she went outside to smoke and came back and started touching food and utensils. Never washed her hands. Never wore gloves. The pool is big but irritated our sons eyes so bad almost had to take him to urgent care. Spoke to management and was told its a salt water pool and they would talk to the breakfast lady. Thats all. Not the greatest customer service.

What I didn't like: 1st room we were given key card did not work. Then once that was fixed, we settled in and got ready for bed to find the sofa bed was broken. We were given another room to change to. Then, that room key did not work and needed to be fixed. The 2nd night the fire alarm went off and not sure if there was a real fire or not, but we needed to get out. Also, once I got home I found lots of bumps on my arms and legs. When I looked it up, it appears to be bed bugs. What I liked: The hotel is in a great location near lots of restaurants and the mall. The room was very large. We had a bedroom with our own tv and a family room where the kids slept on the pull out with their own tv. Usually the bathroom would have a door from the family area and the bedroom, however this one only had a door from inside the bedroom, which was annoying. The breakfast was good and the employees were very friendly. If I were to go back because the room layout worked well for our family, I would probably bring a mattress cover, just to be sure.
