Our room was unclean, the carpet was ripped and had a large dark spot by the door. The hotel hall carpet was worn. The hall walls are marked. My hotel room phone and coffee maker were broken. The staff was nice and friendly, the only good thing about this hotel.

Good clean hotel and room, nicer than I expected based on mixed reviews. It was much better than expected. Only disappointment for me was the airport shuttle is not 24 hours, it stops at 11pm.

We checked in and checked out within 10 min. Recent bedbugs, drug deals in the parking lots and no transportation to the airport. The front desk person was blasting music, didn’t answer the phone multiple times when I called the front desk and didn’t even try to deny anything I said when I felt unsafe there. Do not recommend.

The front desk guy was so helpful upon arrival. There are lots of food options for delivery in the area as well. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The fridge and microwave in room were nice touches. Very conveniently located to the airport for an early morning flight.

The staff was very pleasant. Other than that, the stay was not to my liking. It isn’t an expensive hotel, so didn’t expect a 5 star experience. I did however, expect the bare minimum (comfort and cleanliness) and we did not receive that. I couldn’t get over how dirty it was, so we ended up cutting our stay short.
