Isle of Palms - 3rd Floor Ocean Front with Private Balcony, Pool, and Pier

Best views on the Isle of Palms and one of the nicest remodeled units in the Sea Cabin complex. This small one bedroom 3rd floor end unit has superior ocean views with no neighbors above or on bedroom side. The condo is perfect for a small family or couples retreat. (See Floor plan picture). The Sea Cabin Condos are located on Ocean Boulevard with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within walking distance. This condo is located on the beach side of the road just steps away from the ocean. You also have two dedicated beach side parking spots included with this unit. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or swimming in the large private oceanfront pool. Laid back Island living (voted one of the top 10 beaches in the South by Southern Living Magazine) just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston (voted the best tourist city in the US by Travel + Leisure magazine in 2020 - 8 years in a row).

Condo Updates for 2021: New Queen Serta pillow top mattress and new Bassett sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress purchased by owners in 2021.

- We have contactless check-in and check out with coded door locks.
- Our condo is located on the 3rd floor and the Sea Cabin complex does not have elevators.
- Condo has a secure wireless internet connection and Comcast Xfinity HD cable in living room and bedroom.
- Beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available though local vendors (in season). Just search online for beach chair rentals and give them a call or reserve online. We recommend reserving in advance during beach season.
- Condo info booklet and a starters guide to Charleston and the IOP are located in the unit for your convenience.
- Coin operated washers and dryers are on premises, but not in condo.
- No smoking and no pets in this unit please.

Jubilee year celebration

We both turned 50 this year and Charleston and Isle of Palms was the best destination. A couple of notes: the bunk bed set up was a little awkward: very, very narrow mattresses right in the light coming in from the front door that stayed on all night. Some of the doors stuck a little. The gate codes didn't work at the pool or the pier and beach access, but we were able to get them easily from the host. It would have been nice to have access to either Apple Play or Chromecast to the available TVs, or at least to have access to Netflix and other streaming services. The view was amazing! And the kitchen appliances and bathroom were reallygreat.

Beautiful view and great location

We wanted to explore Charleston, but stay by the ocean. This condo was a perfect fit. Great view of the ocean from the deck and a short 1 min. Walk to the beach on a private walkway. An easy 20-25 min. Drive to Charleston. Great restaurants within a 1-2 blocks of the Condo. The place was clean and just as pictured. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary Trip

This was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The condo was on the beach. The view was beautiful. The condo was nice and very clean. It’s was walking distance to restaurant and shops. Perfect little getaway for us. Loved how the beach was not overcrowded. We definitely hope to return next year. The property manager was very quick to respond to all our questions. Also the check out process was very simple. If you are looking for a place that makes everything easy. This is definitely the place to stay.

Charleston vacation

This property was exactly as it was described. It was perfect! We had great views of the ocean and pier. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the morning and evening and listen to the ocean. The property was spotless. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to restaurants and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Charleston. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Good property and location (steps were painful)

This is a good, well-maintained property at a wonderful location. The check-in process is smooth and the support system of the management is excellent. Our only problem was that this third floor unit really required four floors of steps as the ground level is open. therefore, I took four flights up and downstairs to get to and from the unit. This may not be a problem Many folks, but when you’re in your 70s with new problems, this is a deal killer. There are many times I elected not to leave the unit because I just thought the stairs would hurt my knees more. So if you’re young and energetic with good knees – great property if you’re older and have knee problems, maybe not so good.

Great beach vacation location

Best Ocean View

I liked the kitchen and how it’s been updated. The condo was the perfect fit for me and my husband. But, the furniture on the balcony was rusted so the swivel chairs didn’t swivel. The sofa and chair in the living room were stained and worn. None of the dresser drawers worked well. The mattresses on the bunks appeared to be very very old and had no mattress covers. But otherwise it was a clean place and a great location!

i came for my bachelorette trip just me & 3 other girls and we had such an amazing time! the condo was so cute. the views were great and the beds were so comfy! and there’s so much in walking distance it was perfect! we didn’t drive anywhere. the only thing is the shower didn’t drain fast at all so we were kinda just standing in a pool of water by the end of the shower. but overall i loveeedddd it & definitely will be coming back!!!

Comfortable with good view of ocean and convenient access to restaurants, the Windjammer for live music, and groceries. End unit on third floor was quiet. Perks included private parking and coded access to beach and pier. As listed, the unit is on the smaller side and stairs only for luggage toting.
