The staff here is absolutely incredible! I surprised my husband with a delayed anniversary trip to Charleston. The staff surprised us with flowers and a beautiful card in our room. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and not in need of anything. Yolanda greeted us upon our arrival, and then made sure that Kiera knew who we were to keep the wonderful service going. They texted me to see if we needed anything, and always welcomed us with a smile. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was plentiful, and we never had to hunt down a spot. We will definitely be back for another visit!

Very nice hotel great location close to Charleston

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is great, just a short drive over the bridge to Charleston. You can reach downtown in approx. 13 min. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities such as microwave, dishwasher and lots of dishes and utensils for cooking. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but definitely manageable. Parking was safe and convenient. The hotel is also close to some restaurants and a grocery store, which iOS very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Nice room close to Charleston however keep in mind this hotel is right by the main road and was quite loud at night. Especially with people revving their engines at the stop light. Additionally, our room didn’t have hot water. We were only there 2 nights so we made do, but something to be aware of.
