Not really their fault but the pool and hottub were closed. I had some pretty disappointed children. There is a lot of construction around and can be hard to get into. However it’s not the hotels fault, that section of I-25 has been under construction for 23 years. It’s a good place to stay for the price I paid.

I have never received my damage deposit back from them even though I left the room in tip top shape and even left a tip for the cleaners. Other hotels have done this to me before I’m starting to think they are doing it to charge people extra for there stay. I don’t get why it’s like this it’s pretty messed up. I hope things will change.

It was close to the freeway, which was both good and bad. Fast to get to and fast to get back on the road, but it made it a bit noisy. Road construction was also a problem because I came in at night and was unfamiliar with the area.

Very clean and modern. I was a great mid-range hotel equal to a Hampton Inn. The area has a lot of road Contruction but it was easy to find a meal and felt safe. I would recommend this for any business traveler.

The staff were amazing but no fan in the bathroom and looks like someone tried to turn a dated place and upgraded it on the cheap. But people could not have been more friendly! Especially the house cleaning staff!

The hotel looks dated on the outside, but has been upgraded inside. Great breakfast with variety of choices and hardworking staff member keeping good stocked for hotel guests. Water in room was lukewarm at best and front desk said it’s on demand water, to let it run for awhile and it should warm up. It did not. Check out lady at desk not very friendly. 3/5 stars rating for he.
