It would have been nice to have some water glasses in the room. Also, don’t take any of the lotion with you. You will be charged. Ice machine on our floor didn’t work. No one seemed to care when I talked with service people.

We had such a horrible experience at this property. The housekeeping staff opened our room door and walked inside the room without our permission twice. This is invading our privacy. We had tagged do not disturb sign and we didn’t even call them. Extremely bad experience even after paying such a premium price never expected there won’t be privacy in a hotel like this.

A little too far to walk into town with young kids (it’s about a mile) but the shuttle was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains. Friendly staff. Some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. Clean inside and out. Only complaint would be the dining options inside the hotel. Small menu with bar like food options and only open certain hours.

The Lodge was very pretty, had a nice, cold pool, offered a great breakfast (did not allow for early adventures though,) and was convenient located. Rooms were pricey for the value. There should have been coffee available downstairs all day as well as a breakfast available for those who needed to leave before 7 a.m.

Rooms were pretty sweet. Staff was very helpful. Quick tip on the shower.... You have to pull the nossle down on the tub spout to get the show to work.
