I was charged $200 more than price listed on Expedia. Price listed was $160 plus tax of course and $100 for the weekend. $260 plus tax was expected not $361.60.

Photos are deceiving. Hair all over the place, sheets felt greasy, toilet was broken, tub was yellow. I wasn’t expecting five stars since it is a motel 6, but for $150 a night I had hopes for cleanliness.

I was asked for my charge card upon check in for a deposit in case there would be additional charges. I had already paid for the room through Expedia. The deposit was charged to my charge card. I used nothing extra. This is unacceptable!

The area is what it is (...) The staff and service was either not present or non existing. The bedding was insufficient. The advertised 7-9am breakfast had absolutely nothing left by 8:50 and staff was not present / made no effort to remedy: No coffee, no cups, no plates, no bread, no eggs, no juice.

The lady At the front counter, was very dismissive disrespectful and very nonchalant. They don’t tell you that you have to put $100 deposit down before you get there so it’s just a surprise and they barely speak English, which is very hard when you’re trying to tell somebody your name.

This lady doesn't have a Sticker and parks in handicap every day during my stay. Also has three pit bulls on the property in her room this is a public safety concern! don't know if they know but he will know now and poop all over the property and it's not picked up which is disgusting before she started working there. The dogs are in the room all day with her for more than 12 hours. they must poop in the room with her.... disgusting! the whole floor smells horrible, and everyone at that property is scared of the dogs. Her dog jumped out the truck window and jumped at a guest also another incident near the elevator. Last but not least the director from California and the front desk manager fired someone because of a mental disability!!!! I know this for a fact! And she said said they might hurt someone!!! Shame on her because she has a son with a disability what's the difference?? What's even more sad it's prostitution going on and I could go on I thought I was on Fillmore and Broadway in the trenches!! ((The Hood) the whole place smells like corn chips and has a lingering musty oder. If I could give a negative rating I would. It a bad place of disfunction

Gross!
We came in to the fire alarm dead battery alarm going off and a single pillow on the bed. When brought to his attention the front desk sighed and came to replace the alarm battery which he did by standing on the table in the room with his shoes on. He then left without cleaning the table. He needed to be reminded again about more pillows. Also the shower had not been cleaned as there was soap on the top wall of the shower.

This motel has the bare minimum. It’s not in very good condition. The tiles are uneven, the curtains fell when trying to open them. The beds were very springy. No shampoo, no Kleenex, no coffee maker, fridge ir microwave. The toilet paper was nowhere near the toilet so you had to keep the roll by you. The toilets don’t flush properly either. If it was cheaper I would have said ok it’s a cheap motel. However for $170 a night it’s definitely not worth it.

I paid top dollar for a long weekend but what I saw was a camping! not a motel.No microwave,no coffee maker, no fridge, no hair dryer no shampoo in bathroom. Room is clean but moisture in air is high and air conditioner not working properly. Furnitures and mattress are old and noisy. Not worth it to return to it next trip.
