The hotel was nice enough. They have snacks at the front desk and we arrived back after an evening out around 11 pm. We had to wait 15 min for someone to come help us. The morning we were checking out housekeeping tried to come into our room at 8:40 am without announcing who they were or waiting for a response before opening the door. Apparently they don’t have a list of rooms that are being checked out of and we were told that if we didn’t want anyone entering our room then we needed to put out the do not disturb sign. This is unacceptable. I understand room service comes in for multiple day stays but if I’m checking out they should know and wait. If you want to come into my room you should knock and give me time to open the door.

Great stay. Room was clean and had no issues. The young lady working the breakfast area was awesome. Someone needs to give her a raise. What her help feed an elderly gentleman who was issues difficulties.

There was an ill-managed fire alarm going off at 4:45AM when I was there, which led to the elevators being out of service for several hours. While the front desk staff did eventually try to accommodate disabled guests with rooms on the 2nd floor (at the suggestion of a local police officer), disabled people still wound up having to walk up a flight of stairs to get to their new rooms. The fire alarm was explained by a trainee covering the front desk as a "test," but that doesn't make much sense -- the fire department wasn't there to supervise and turn the elevators back on. Otherwise, this was a very nice, new-ish hotel with clean, well-designed rooms, a nice lobby, and a tasty breakfast. Staff were generally pleasant.

I loved the room layout overall, with spacious vanity outside the bathroom door, ample lighting for makeup, and full length mirror. The bed was comfortable and the entire room was spotless (with the exception of the caulk under the soap bathtub soap dish - moldy; and the reason for a star deduction on cleanliness). The complimentary breakfast was better than most. My room was quiet, but my stay was midweek. My major complaint was price - I stayed at a reasonable rate of 200, but when I tried to rebook for the weekend the price jumped to 340 per night.

Good Hotel. Mixed Bag of a Hotel Stay.
I really like this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. There were a few annoying things that happened this trip. 1) The WiFi went out for a long time (not sure if it was a full 24 hours but maybe). 2) The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (no fire). This caused the elevators to be out of service the next day. Hotel workers had to escort people up and down in one elevator the next day. Overall, the staff is helpful and kind and I’ll probably stay there again, but I thought of leaving early with these issues.

When we arrived at the property, there was no Wi-Fi, supposedly due to the weather, but it stayed that way for the entire three days of my stay. While the room was clean overall, there were some gross details, like the phone being covered in dust and rice beads. To make things worse, there was no light in the bathroom the whole time, and despite our complaints, nothing was done. Overall, the experience was pretty average, and I think it's overpriced for what they offer.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Each time the bar and restaurant has been out of whatever I have requested. This past trip the bar had no white wine. Seems to me they should be better stocked.

Not sure about safety
Place was clean, staff was nice and accommodating. Only one thing, someone opened our door early morning. I called the receptionist and she says if the do not disturbed is not on your door, staff may think that no one is in the room. Didn’t like that at all so be careful.
