24hrs mcdonald around the corner. limited car parking space without gate, washing machine and dryers r pretty duty and all facilities look pretty worn out. But we have quick 1 night stay only, so for the price of $200/night for the 3 hedrooms apartment, it is acceptable

Could have done with a clean, dust. No shampoos, only a towel the tv reception wasn’t great, and the couch leather is cracked. Sorry the pics looked better than what it was.

The place is rundown and maintenance not kept up. The outside sitting area of the unit was filthy. The floor internally were vacuumed but not mopped. The shower head broke off when having a shower. Over all experienced poor compared to staying there four years ago.

We liked the fact that our family was able to be there with us in the three bedroom apartment. The parking was a bit limited, I thought our bed could have been more comfortable. Overall it suited our needs very much, and if we have a similar family event we would stay there again.

I've stayed here a few times, as it's close to my mother's home. Convenient to Westfield. This time I stayed in a King: loved it, level 7, quiet and felt safe. Shower took full 10 minutes to warm up, so there's not great hot water system. Not great halving a cold shower when rooms are pricey.

The unit felt dirty especially the small verandah area We sat there momentarily our first night and got rained upon with beer from the above Balcony Also the first night there was no hot water ( ok next morning) It was impossible to close any of the multiple entry doors quietly due to squeeky door hinges The external environment didn't feel safe ( not the fault of the apartment complex) Notwithstanding the lower prices we wouldn't stay here again.

Do not stay at this property… Absolutely disgusting No hot water Dirty Holes everywhere Broken furniture Staff are absolutely horrible and useless. I don’t think they know how to speak. I had major surgery and stayed while in between doctors and hospital. It was the most horrible time of my life. Couldn’t shower as there was no hot water and dirty. No breakfast which was apparently included in our price. Asked for refund as we actually left because the conditions was that bad and still waiting. This place needs to be shut down for health and safety reasons

This was the most disgusting accommodation I have ever stayed in my life. I have stayed in $60 a night motels, $600 a night hotels and everything in between and they were all far cleaner than this. I cannot overstate how gross this place is. There was mould literally everywhere in the bathroom. I do mean everywhere and it was thick like it had never tried to be cleaned. The bed cover were stained, there was 1cm think dirt and dust on most of the surfaces, we had no hot water and the place stank. Honestly if you are thinking of staying here, DON’T! Save yourself the $259 a night and stay anywhere else. The owners of this place should be ashamed of themselves.
