Lovely hotel great staff.
A really lovely hotel, slightly dated in decor but not that it spoilt the stay. Parking was brilliant managed to charge my EV whilst there. We chose this hotel as it was close to the NEC the best priced with also a leisure centre. The staff were wonderful very polite, but not too intrusive. A perfect blend.

The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool could of been cleaner and warmer but overall a great hotel in great location for what we needed. Bar food was great and nothing was over priced. Looking to book again in 2026 when going on holiday from Birmingham airport 🙂

This is the third time I have stayed at the Arden and this was my favourite. It’s a lovely friendly hotel and I made use of the spa facilities this time round. Clean and cosy room. Very accommodating at reception throughout. The service in the restaurant for dinner was excellent and our waitress was very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful too. I had a double room but was very comfortable and had everything I needed. It’s only 5 mins drive from Birmingham International station and always close to the venues I need to attend to for work. Will definitely be returning when I’m next in the area. One of the most cost effective hotels in the area , whilst still delivery great quality service.

The hotel is not as nice as advertised, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, food choices in the bar were not very good, especially for gluten free, staff kept room clean and all staff were very polite and friendly, beds would need to be more comfortable for me to stay again.
