The property was dusty dirty mouldy and there was rubbish in bathroom and the bathroom door didn't close. The driveway was potholed. Staff were rude and inconsiderate. Property was NOT AS ASVERTISED.

I think this place is well due for a makeover. Leaking tap in the bathroom. Sheets were not clean. Spider webs and insects around. The male staff member was friendly. And the breakfast options were sufficient.

(To be fair we reached out separately to the hotel prior to submitting this to try and resolve our issues, however they never responded). We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The disappointment extends not so much that these issued occurred, but more that, in spite of alerting you to these issues, very little was done to rectify the issues. Only when repeatedly requested was the bare minimum done. Some really basic things that in any other accommodation would automatically be covered. No remote for the TV, no reception on most channels, no wifi available in the room, multiple times I asked for the soap and shampoo to be refilled (it never happened so i had to buy my own), I asked for housekeeping to make the beds (never happened), asked for pest remediation as room was FULL of bugs,(I had to do it in the end at my own expense), general cleanliness of the room (kind of addressed once, requested multiple times, the carpets and hard floors were disgusting), the smoke alarms were covered in plastic, We had to clean the pool before it could be used. On the last day breakfast was very late, to the point we nearly missed it due to plans for the day and no one answering the phone during hours. It felt like the rooms weren’t maintained after each guest, only the bedding changed (hopefully) In all, our experience of your accommodation was terrible. Would most definitely never stay there again.

Can't rate as we did not take the trip due to a medical emergency. The Motel was phoned (after the cut-off date for refunds) to let them know that we wouldn't be coming. I had hoped that if they were able to let the room, that we might be offered a credit note.The weekend was going to be very busy with a large National Trust event happening, so I am sure the room was re-let. \Anyway, no such offer was made. We get to Bathurst quite frequently, and our usual B&B is no longer available, so we were looking to find a replacement. Guess who has missed out!
