Staff are friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave baggage the day we arrived and left to be able to enjoy the park/downtown Disney. Housekeeping daily consists of fresh towels and trash removal, no bed making. Showers had hot water after and decent water pressure. Proximity to park is great, just a short walk across the road and you enter the main sidewalk to security into the parks. For adults, only about a 6 minute walk to security entrance. We will stay again for our next Disney trips.

Definitely great location for the price. My only challenge is the parking is limited but they valet it for you for free. Otherwise this is our 2nd time staying here this year. 😁

The location was great since we were there for Disney, but our room smelled awful and it was so late when we’d get back we didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving. Walking past the other rooms they seemed to have the same terrible smell. So we opened the windows but even that did very little. We were on the third floor, but my parents room on the first floor smelled fine.

Everything is brand new. My son thought it was nicer than the 4 and a half star hotel we stayed at in Mexico. Hyatt Riviera Cancun. The room was nice and the place is being constantly painted and maintained by a busy team of people. We added a kitchenette and it was like having a small apartment. I definitely would suggest this place!

Fix the parking issues

We checked in on time and the valet said to park in open spots before the pool. We found one but the next day there was a slip in our truck saying if we didn’t move it, they would tow it. Had we not needed something out of the truck, we never would have saw the notice. I don’t know why they didn’t call us, they had our number. They need to figure out the parking situation.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room. Very clean and very quiet. AC was excellent! Tropicana is literally right across the street from the entrance to Disneyland!

We love staying here for trips to Disneyland. It’s literally across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland California adventure. Everything you need in a hotel for a trip where you spend nearly every minute of the day not in the hotel. Rooms are clean TV safe, coffee maker, etc. Hot tub and swimming pool Are great. There’s a little store on property that has pretty much everything you need. If not, there’s a store on the property next-door that has a few other things. Walking distance from several food options staff is very friendly helpful and we stay here often.
