All the staff are extremely nice, polite and courteous. They go above and beyond. Mr Majd was very nice and helpful at checkin. Mr Emad opened up the breakfast buffet early so I can eat before my excursion to Petra. All the staff are very nice and courteous.

We were treated like royalty by every single person we encountered at the Four Season Amman. The facilities were outstanding, the food in the various restaurants (including room service) delicious, and the service and attention to detail incredible.
