"Lovely resort! Visited for a week in Jan. with our kids (21, 19, 15) and enjoyed our stay. We did two rooms to better accommodate and give space and that worked well for us. We did junior suites. One room the air conditioning was plenty cold and comfortable and the other was a bit warm and humid feeling but still fine for sleeping in and that's all we did in the rooms. We probably could have asked for maintenance but didn't feel it was that necessary. Rooms were clean and in great condition. Housekeeping was wonderful. A la carte restaurants (La Tortuga and Don Pablo) were superb. Buffet was good and we had plenty, the food temp could be hotter if I were to make a suggestion. Staff was amazing, super friendly and working hard always to make sure guests were well taken care of. Pools were huge, clean, and fun. Beach was gorgeous! The beach out in front of Tulum was quite breezy with a lot of wave action but that was fun for us. If you wanted to snorkel and calmer seas you could walk down and use the beach at Coba and we did that as well and saw lots of cool fish. We had a wonderful stay and recommend!"
