Flights to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) give visitors the opportunity to be in Cleveland to enjoy one or more of the city s numerous annual events and festivals. These include the Tri-C Jazz Fest in April, and the Cleveland Latin Film Festival and Cleveland International Film Festival, both of which take place around the middle of March.
Other annual events include the Great American Rib Cook-Off and Music Festival in May, and the Cleveland Annual Ohio Irish Festival in June that features traditional Irish crafts, food and music.
Those who take a flight to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) will land just ten miles to the south of downtown Cleveland in Ohio. Passengers can go to downtown Cleveland's Tower City Center via the Rapid Transit Authority Red Line and there are also plenty of taxis, rental cars and limousine available.
Cleveland also plays home to a number of notable attractions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, West Side Market, the Great Lakes Science Center and the Cleveland Museum of Art.
Cleveland has a unique local cuisine, with a particular array of Central European and Polish dishes like pierogies, kielbasa and stuffed cabbage, as well as lots of corned beef.
