Lovely hotel. The service attitude of all the the staff is amazing. Great room, super central to Whistler Village, really enjoyed this stay.

Staff were kind and courteous. The rooms need a refresh and DEEP cleaning as the walls, behind the beds were dirty. The sofa sleeper was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Would not recommend even for children. Dogs on property were quite loud.

Pool heat was broken we count use the pool.... the loading parking spot for the hotel guest was used always by other people outside the hotel to go do errands was very hard to load our car.
