The staff, breakfast, & the room was excellent. Everyone from the fro t counter, the chamber maids, and waiter’s & waitress at breakfast were incredibly nice and helpful. Five stars for me.

The best thing was that our room was available at 9:45am which is unheard of. We were very grateful (and lucky) as we had just got off a cruise ship and had no place to go.

Service is good and staff is friendly. Though the double bed is abit small to sleep 2 persons. There are 3 of us, so 2 will have to share the same bed. Other than this, St Regis maintained the standards
