Overall the holtel was very nice & clean. Breakfast was good, and hotel lobby was nicely decorated.The only issue was our room location on the first floor was close to the elevators & you could hear music from that area & noise from the upper rooms. Pro & cons staying on the first floor.

Front desk night check-in, she was very rude. Put us in a room next to ice machine (sooo loud). Walls are very thin, could hear neighbors in bathroom (not fun). Beds are comfortable, pillows are flat & uncomfortable. And the mail was on her phone cleaning a room, being extremely loud. Hair in shower.
