Great proximity to Versailles. Nice grounds to walk and visit. The main building accommodations appear in better condition than the conference side, but still nice.
beautiful property. good service. just be aware the restaurants seem to be booked weeks in advance and little priority for staying guests. advice to management. pls alert this to guests on booking so they can plan accordingly
The lady who checked us in was the best. However, the lady who checked us out was not friendly. We also reported that the toilet and sink were clogged up and not functioning properly. The lady at check out was not fazed by it at all. No shampoo or conditioner at the spa. I think foe a 5-star hotel, they should have these amenities.
Stunning property with a stone’s throw away from Versailles. A little haven tucked in the corner in a gated community equipped with a renowned spa, beautiful restaurant / hotel grounds and modern hotel rooms. Only issue I had was with the temperature. Thermostat was not adjustable to comfortable temperature. We were semi sweating . Other than that Julie at the front desk was so hospitable, Sinatra at the valet and Lucas was so helpful! Thank you Waldorf Astoria family! Looking forwards to coming back the next time I’m in Paris!
The cab driver coynot easily identify the front entrance and dropped us off about 100 meters away and it took some time to get assistance with our luggage from the front door man.
Staff and Service was excellent. During our stay, we visited the Palace of Versailles which is just a short walk. We also took advantage of the Gordon Ramsey restaurants, gym facilities and spa.
The property is very well situated in Versailles and It’s a very nice property albeit that they have diminished some of the chateau’s beautiful features by painting everything a muted color. The problem with our reservation was that when we booked it I thought that we were staying in the chateau but instead we were in the pavilion!

I travel 3 weeks out of the month. All I can say this place gives peace to your body and your mind. Excellent staff and superb service. Stayed here 3 times and will stay here again.
