Our room was clean, the mattresses were comfy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Office did not open until 8 am, so calls before that were not answered. The hotel is very old in in desperate need of upgrading, should probably be completely gutted. There was a rusty vent, cabinets were chipped, no fan in the bathroom, no mirror in the room. It was very close to the beach and convenient to restaurants, but was very disappointed for a room that was almost $300 a night.
The only bigger issue was that we had a resort fee (I’m guessing this only exist to claim some of their money back they lose as a cut for booking through Orbitz, etc.), which is fine because I knew that when booking. However, I was told $41 when I arrived and she broke that down to $15.05 per night—-I was there for 2 nights. Math didn’t add up. I’m just hoping they aren’t tacking on extra money and pocketing their own $10 or so off each customer. Add another trash can in the bathroom please.
The room with 2 queen beds was so small we could barely maneuver. The bathroom floor had so much dirt around the edges and tub that it looked like it had not been properly cleaned in years. All of this for $295 on a week night. The location was good but there is no view even from the 3rd floor.
This place reminded me of an old Motel 6 it has not been renovated in 30 years.
Paid for ocean view there was none! Made out to be close to beach was not. Area was sketchy and unsafe at night. Black mold was all over bathroom and floors absolutely disgusting for cleanliness. Didn’t bother to even look at continental breakfast. Balcony above throwing their cigarettes down past our balcony as well.
Property is under new ownership and good changes are underway per the maintenance man. However, the complimentary breakfast lacks overall. Even some hard boiled eggs would have helped lots in my rating. When I alerted the front desk clerk to several issues, I was pleased to have the concerns attended to promptly. The balcony is tiny, but the 2 patio chairs were new and a nice touch. The pool looked nice, but didn't make use of it.
Great location at a reasonable price. Nothing too fancy. TV only had a couple of channels. The pool was not too big.
Loved the beach view and friendly staff. Room floors were so gross and sticky it was unsafe to walk barefoot. The outlets didn’t have covers and the surge protector was rusted. The joys of humidity! Otherwise it was a nice stay!
The management and staff was incredible! We have stayed here on multiple occasions and will continue to do so! Excellent location with in walking distance of beach and awesome restaurants!!! Love this place! Thanks for making my husbands birthday special!
Location perfect Front desk lady , one in particular was very helpful Seeing laundry being done was not welcoming Dead bouquet of flowers at front desk not welcoming Cigarette butts all over outdoor area and pool area Rooms themselves looked clean as far as bedding , sinks, toilet, tub, but drips and stains on walls, doors, and build-up/grime on tile floors and ceil fan area not appealing.
Location was perfect! Restaurants and beach across the street. Place is ran down but comfortable. There was old cheese behind the bed that remained there our entire stay. Some kind of tub under the a/c unit on balcony that was full of cigarette butts and who knows what all. The cabinet that housed the fridge and microwave had no knobs, but they were kind enough to leave a butter knife to pry the doors open. We had to ask for housekeeping, clean cups and coffee. I wasn't expecting 5 star, but was a little disappointed overall. Beds were clean and comfortable though. That was the most important thing.
Room was dirty when we arrived. Floor was not swept and covered with sand/dirt. Beer can was found on balcony. Dried soda stain at eye level inside bathroom door. We were attending a wedding, would go out in the morning 2 days and come back in the afternoon to dress for the wedding and reception. Both days the room wasn't cleaned when we came back. The first day the maid came late and cleaned after we left. The second day she never came back and we had no clean towels. I had to go to the front desk at 7 am to ask for clean towels. Worst cleaning service at a hotel in my life. Room needs deep cleaning.
Just another tired worn out south florida hotel. They advertised a room with ocean view. With binoculars we could have seen the ocean. The narrow and almost useless balcony had completely rusted out patio furniture. Not a pleasant stay

Calling this room ocean view is a stretch, it is over 1/4 mile away. Coffee cup had lipstick still on it from previous guests, staff barely friendly and breakfast was ok, hotel room was a little smelly as well. Would not stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. The destination fee is posted on all our sites and is lieu of charging for parking internet and beach towels etc. we did check your folio and you were never charged more than the 2 nights. We are glad to hear you did enjoy your stay. Safe travels.

Thank you for your stay. We are constantly renovating and I’m surprised it’s not noticeable. In fact we just added Apple TV to every room and hard wired 1 gig wifi. The exterior was recently upgraded and repainted. All our mattresses are new, our furniture was custom made in Thailand with hand woven rope rattan. Our pool was a nice addition a few years ago and we just replaced all the pool furniture softgoods All linen was recently replaced as well. If there is anything specifically you had an issue with, please reach out to us as we appreciate constructive criticism.

Thank you for your feedback. Because we did repaint our rooms, replace switches, lighting, baseboards etc it does kinda highlight some of the small things like towel bars and bathroom fans. All of these items are on the docket for replacement & we have already begun that process. We appreciate you staying with us and we hope you will consider us for future travel
