Overall good place for the price bathrooms are small well in the room we were in and also when we booked the room said it came with a private balcony and it didn’t they wanted to charge more for a room with a balcony but we did have a good time it was super crowded due to spring break but that was expected

The staff was very welcoming and polite. I did not like how the rooms differ from the actual pictures on the website. The futon bed barely had a mattress and the restroom was dirty. Windows were dirty and we did not have blankets on the bunk bed. Other than that the beach view was beautiful and the pools were clean .
Stairs smelled like pee,i slipped on the bath tub because it was very slippery and hurt my knee and wrists.
Rude staff! Disgusting parking lots! They allowed 20 UNDERAGE HIGH SCHHOL DRINKERS TO STAY IN 1 ROOM TOGETHER!
Checking was in was horrible my room was disgusting it felt like I was standing on a waterbed while taking a shower my tub moved I had a housekeeper come in my room when they specifically told us when we checked in there are no housekeepers until you check out to bring your old towels down and you would get new I came back from being gone for an hour a housekeeper went in my room left the dirty towels brought new ones but I was told that they were not to go in our room the front desk the three agents were disrespectful was not helpful I was not happy check me into a room first that smelled like paint TV did not work and when I went down there to tell them they basically said I was lying but sent a maintenance man to check it out then why called them five times prior before I got down there that I want to be close to my family because I am a single woman and human trafficking is an issue I did not feel safe they did not care they put me on the third floor away from my family and a dark area I would like to have my money back I was not happy I didn't feel safe
The room did not look anything like it did in the picture. Walls had a lot of damage. Toilet was working properly. The room look very old and damaged. Did not enjoy the stay here. One of the bunk beds had a strong pee smell. Lighting sucked. I would Not recommend this property to anybody.
When we first checked in, we were put in a room that smelt like mold, had stains on the sheets and a bunch of dead bugs on the window sill. It looked like it was barely touched by house keeping. The “beach” view was a view of one of the pools. I’ve seen better maintained pools at closed motel 6’s that have been abandoned. We immediately went back to the front desk an to the credit of the staff, the one staff member we dealt with for this was above and beyond better than any future staff we Would deal with. She got us switched out to a much better room that actually had a view. That night I received a call from the hotel while we were out dinning asking if we left personal belonging in the room we were first in. We never unpacked our bags but I wasn’t sure if something fell out of one of them. They were very rude and ended up hanging up on me when I couldn’t describe the “personal belongings”. When we got back to the hotel the lady at the front desk was different than earlier and very rude. She was carrying on a personal phone call while trying to “help” me. She seemed very annoyed that I was interrupting her call. She told me that house keeping would call me and then proceeded to walk away and to the back. Every ice machine was broken. You had to pay $5 per bag of ice. Needless to say, I will never stay here again. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the years with no issues. This one issue is enough to throw that all out the window.
Check in and out was great. Never got clean towels, nor the room cleaned while there. Staff we did actually see was rude.
Great price, great staff and the hotel is on the beach.
Don’t stay here. Staff is rude and they take every penny they possibly can. Walls are paper thin and you can here everything. There was a fight on the property and the cops had to be called. Well nobody stopped by to clean the room, replenish the towels, sweep the floors, or take out the garbage.
Nice beach behind property
I used the soda vending machine then 15 minutes later my debit card was charged hundreds of dollars. I packed up my belongings to leave early and I found a cockroach. The front staff would not approve my cancellation of the rest of the stay.
It is a beach hotel… there is no room service because of covid, take your towels to the desk for exchange… everyone was so pleasant that we dealt with, security made sure the pool didn’t get out of hand, beds are not comfortable… but who cares! I want to wake up and see gods glory on the beach every morning! I don’t care about the extras… if you’re want a cheap beach hotel this is it… I’d you want the ritz it’s not… we were very happy.
