Slow check in, people waiting in line to check in well over an 1 1/2 hours. First room , water leaking through the ceiling. Had to wait in line again. 1/ 2 hour for another room. One employee working the desk alone. ?? New computer program ?? Shall not recommend .
The Manager of the Hotel treated us like family. Sherry was the best in her kindness and her humbleness. We never were treated so well from all hotels that we haved stayed. Thanks Sherry from our bottom of our hearts thanks you.

Had me sign paper for no smoking and someone was smoking pot all day long and for the first 3 days of my stay the whole 4th floor smelt of pot no one did anything to stop it they said no pets and I seen at least three dogs in the building and heard them barking in the morning

Although a little old and worn, the room was very clean. Everyone was very nice. My only complaint was the excessive smoking in the outside common areas. Even the staff was just outside the lobby doors smoking. From the moment you pull in to the parking until you walk through the lobby you had to hold your breath. We were never able to enjoy the room balcony for the same reason. Unless the property changes to completely smoke free and it is enforced we will not be returning.

Beautiful location. Gorgeous view.Old, shabby building. No lobby to speak of - dingy old elevator. Incredibly loud A/C that kept us up at night.
