Normal clean room for $88. But couldn’t be served at any bar. No explanation from front desk as to why poor bar was open and we were not allowed to be served at casino pool. Couldn’t get even a half hour late checkout. That’s really bad service. If people stay longer they also gamble longer so not sure why it’s such a big deal to have a little extra time. Casino sucks and takes all your money. Will NEVER be back

Great stay, in spite of unforeseen challenges
The hotel was fantastic, except that they were suffering some sort of computer hacking episode during my entire stay that wiped out the reservation and WiFi systems, and electronic room keys. But the staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful, in spite of having to escort each guest to their room EVERY time. They made my stay!

Very nice hotel next to the casino. Many options for dining within the casino. The hotel has a cool water slide in the pool area. Rooms are modern and clean. We will be staying here again.

Relatively new property with walk-in shower, larger then average TV and plenty of chairs. Bed mattresses are extra firm, so I had to sleep on a pillow to be comfortable.

They’re systems were down they wrote down my card information and said we will charge you when system is back up and running both neighbor rooms were over crowded and obnoxiously loud about 7 guest per room hotel smelled great then rooms smelled dull and musky I want my money back

All staff members were extremely polite and helpful at all times. Really enjoyed the stay. Shout out to Nick the groundskeeper who was most pleasant and friendly! Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Estrella!
