I wish I had read the reviews before booking, there has been bed bugs reports as far a 10 years ago and our room was no exception, Building 9 room 128P had bed bugs when we checked in, fortunately we saw them before spending the first night and they moved us to another room bed bug free that we could tell.

This property is outdated. The $25 per day resort fee is ridiculous. I don’t know what it was supposed to cover, but it should just be part of the price so when comparing hotels by price I would have chosen something commensurate with the actual cost. I will not stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Didn’t appreciate being tricked into speaking to someone at the concierge desk for a welcoming gift that turned into an invite about a time share opportunity. You’ll get discounts if you go!

Good location, nice condos, great stay. HOWEVER, the kitchen was EXTREMELY LACKING in the way it was furnished. The poorest we've experienced and we've stayed at numerous resorts. One bedroom that sleeps 4 people had 4 plates, 4 glasses, 4 forks, etc Nothing for prep or serving. Also the additional $198 for resort fees is excessive. Why not just give one fee that covers everything? Eventually will they charge for towels, toilet paper, etc.? Otherwise, the stay was GREAT!

Amenities on the property like pools, jacuzzi, hammocks, activities are a huge plus. They kept the kids occupied and happy. Location is closer to the popular hikes. Though far from uptown restaurants which is a bit of a drive in busy periods

There is no wifi at the unit/room.

No Wi-Fi for a hotel that is inside the blind spot for mobile operators... Seriously? That should have been addressed immediately. They are still "working on it" I had to literally go out of the hotel to check emails. Absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. Other than that an good hotel

Wonderful place in the red rocks of Arizona ..beautiful layout on the suite and friendly staff and great pool and spa!

Great place. Super clean and well kept.

The room was very clean. We love this property for the amenities. My 5 year old loved the playground. I appreciated all of the heated pools, hot tubs and gorgeous views!

Staff was very nice & helpful. Easy check in & out. Roomy & clean. Would DEF stay again.

The wi-fi wasn’t working at all inside as they kept saying they’re upgrading but something like this is important to people like me and I feel they should have notified us of this before arriving. Thanks

Property was very nice with good location and parking…. We were highly disappointed at the lack of communication regarding Wi-Fi (non-existent). Supposedly the entire location is having Wi-Fi updated, however during our week stay both Wi-Fi and cell signal coverage was almost impossible to get connected. This needs to be explained PRIOR to arriving as Wi-Fi/internet is a lifeline for some (communicating with elderly parents (staff), contractors on home remodel, researching places to eat, etc)… And walking to the lobby to get Wi-Fi is NOT an option when you are shelling out $3K of your hard earned cash.

We liked the size of the rooms. We did not like the fact that there was no internet.

I really hated when they tried to sell me a time share upon checking in and disguising it as a “welcome package”

Great room and many amenities included. Pools were very nice.
