Just could not take the high noise and the stench of smoke. Just walking thru the lobby to parking lot my eyes watered with smoke.
The whole establishment was wonderful. The staff was great and so warm. They could have more restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was good but no hot tub. I would definitely have to come here again.
Close proximity to music venue. Would be nice if they had shuttle to Amphitheater or better yet, build a walking bridge!!!

The valet parking was a nightmare for all 4 nights of our visit. We paid $35 daily and had to have a 5 -10minute discussion daily with the valet service and the check-in desk to get my billing accurate. Was given conflicting information and direction. Everyday was a valet issue. I should’ve saved a little money and a lot of stress by self-parking. Just bad.

Easy check in and very nice and comfortable room. Pool area and pool bar was great. No smoking casino is great just wish there was a bar there

We checked in on 1/8/2023 When we entered our room everything appeared to be fine until we found someone underwear in the closet not to mention I picked it up not knowing what it was at first. The next day my friends and I went to the sugar factory and saw a roach crawling on the wall next to the table we was eating at. For the amount of money people pay to stay there no guess should have to experience none of those problems...If I wanted to experience things like that I would have stayed at a two star motel not a 4 star 😒
