The property was dirty. Our room, a suite on the 12th floor had floor boards coming up, water damage Ari d the base of wood trim work and some of the furniture. The hot water did not work and had to be fixed. The first room we were it in the safe didn’t work and they could not fix it so they moved us to another room and a lady named Rosalia at reception told us we would have our room comped for the first two nights of our stay due to having to move. This was not noted and when we checked out they would not do it. Very very disappointed in the property and the service.
