The beds are very comfortable, the building and rooms are nice-looking, and checking in and out is very easy. Everything else was pretty poor. Most of my interactions with staff were awkward and negative. Dining service was rude and most of the menu items were unavailable without reason. Room service barely ever came and when they did, the job was half done. For example, towels and trash was taken but beds were not made and dust remained. The vent in the bathroom did not work, so showering made the enter room humid. My room had weird stains on the carpet at check-in. People at the front desk were very kind.

it seems like it's new buts it's not, or maybe they opened before complete finishing. There was only one bath towel, and the bath was already showing signs of wear (broker tile, molded crevices, broken sliding glass door which was off the track, some other minor things). I don't think we would stay there again, we chose on Orbtiz as it was the a good price, which is why I gave it 3 stars and we were greeted very nicely by staff upon entering.
