No one was in the main office. I kept calling the number and ringing the video door bell until someone finally came. I was charged for my room twice and I am waiting on a refund. Poor management. My room was very musty smelling and I suffered with allergies the whole time I was in my room. I’ll never stay here again.

Nice helpful clerk, clean room. BUT - no blanket or comforter on the bed, only sheets. No coffee, either in the room or even in the office in the morning. No ice on premises. No phone in the room so these issues needed to be addressed by traipsing over to the office, where Jose dealt with them as nicely and effectively as was possible. Last issue: no remote for the TV. Jose promptly brought one over, but it didn't work. Not a huge problem, as by that time I was ready to go to sleep anyway. I would stay here again, but would check first to make sure the place was fully ready for occupancy.
