Had no water on the 15 floor for 8 hours . No offer to refund our room and when I questioned the front desk clerk she was very snotty and said I would have to take it up with the city that it’s wasn’t Bally’s issue ???? Really??? For everyone in the casino hotel ? No water ? What about the fire code ? Won’t stay there again !

The hallway to our room was nasty. There was a toothpick and one of the plastic floss things on the hallway floor. Plus other trash all down the hallway. Room was clean but smelled like smoke and I thought this was a non smoking hotel. The elevator took forever to catch going up or down. This was very annoying to several people we talked to.

Check in time was at 4 we made it there around 7 and they told us that our king room wasn’t available yet due to only having one housekeeper available on duty. This place has 18 floors so after we waited 1 hour they gave us the option of taking a double queen bedroom. We took it because we were ready to lay down. This happened to a lot of ppl by the way. Everybody just sitting around

From the lampshade with water damage to the mold in the bathroom! With the stains on the headboard, to the divot in the mattress! You walk in the lobby and feel dirty!
