We alway stay here when visiting the area. It has a great view and a nice restaurant (also with a great view). The room are in need of upgrading along with the furniture. The rocker was falling apart. This will probably be our last stay. There are newer alternatives in the area. We need a good recliner or at least a rocker. Service at the redo was slow but they were busy.

Clean, great views, horrible bathroom.
I liked the hotel. The price was right and we had a great view of Lake Michigan. The bed was a touch hard. The bathroom was the worst. The shower faucet should have been replaced years ago. The toilet seat was scratched, peeling, and stained; that’s not an expensive fix. The hotel was the cleanest I have stayed at in years.

Nice getaway
This property is like stepping back in time. It is clean, in great shape and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The views were breathtaking and the rooms are comfortable. My wife and I were able to relax and enjoy a nice weekend getaway. We look forward to a return trip sometime soon.
