The kiosk is terrible while there is someone sitting at the desk right next to you. The staff at the desk seemed off put by any questions asked. Our room was never cleaned for the 7 days we stayed.

Virtual staff was odd and inconvenient

I thought it was okay - pretty good for the price and location! The property inside and outside looked clean. I didn't use it, but the pool area looked inviting. The room itself was nice - everything looked as it should, again was cleanly, and the bed was super comfortable. The one big downfall was that the room REEKED of mildew! It hit me in the face the moment I opened the door. The carpet felt almost kinda wet. I had to go out and buy room spray to help out with this. Clearly, the AC is on at all times and there's no dehumidifier. I wouldn't want to stay there much more than overnight because mildew is mold, and it can't be good to breathe that in all night. If they fixed that problem, my review would definitely go up.

The hotel is older and needs updating. But it was clean and we were comfortable there. I was not a fan of the kiosk check in. There was a woman sitting behind the counter but you have to check in with the guy on the screen and scan your license on the glass. Not personable at all. Just strange.

The room and staff exceeded my expectations. I would stay there again

Not as clean. Beds were not made properly - didn’t seem they took time to re check the room- went out to buy Lysol and Clorox wipes and I sprayed the room w Lysol just in case. Items likes cups for coffee machine and soaps were not replenished. The sink and tubs were not wiped down Carpet had sticky areas as well as the table. We were there for 3 nights. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin - neighbors were having noisy sex at all hours 2 of the 3 nights. Ugh. My friends checked in and they had to be moved bcz it smelled like smoke. Horrible. Lot of money for bad service. They charged a $100 fee when I registered. Not advised ahead if time. Breakfast was in a bag and cold. Just horrible. Sadly my bill doesn’t reflect the service I anticipated. Not using Orbitz bcz I need to do better homework on places

Decent price for the area. Easy to get to. Free breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

Rude staff and slow service. The worst hotel I ever stepped foot in.

Bathroom had Cockroaches. People playing loud music noise

I was a guest at this property and left a valuable sentimental item in one of their rooms, and either one of their employees discarded it or stole it

Somewhat shabby. Staff friendly. Not a great value.

Location was good for my visit. Breakfast was mediocre.
