The place was very nice. Walkable to everywhere we were interested in. Hot tub could have been warmer.
Resort style pool was fantastic- clean rooms- what a treat!
So close to beach and restaurants. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed and pillows.👍 Never could get the sofa bed to open so slept on couch.😫

This place has been recently renovated and is very nice! I didn't like how we couldn't sit outside our room at night. The pool was locked up. But, i understand the quiet time rule. Still a great place!
It is important to note that the rooms of this property as spread around various sites, therefore upon checking in you will likely be told to go to another site where your room is. After checking in, I went to my room and the wifi wasn’t working nor was the tv.... called the hotel at least ten times (not exaggerating) and was transferred to the front desk each time and nothing happened for thirty mins. I was then given a new room, TV and wifi weren’t working again! Called again... same thing, kept getting transferred. Ended up driving to the front desk and was given a new room AGAIN, so had to move all my stuff for the third time. CHANGED ROOMS THREE TIMES!!!! Lastly, the final room had wifi and a working TV.... but was so dirty.... all towels had hair on them. I could hear my neighbor snore!!!! Location is great as is just across the street from the beach... but that’s really the only positive thing I can say about this property.

Hello Ilryna, Thank you for staying with us and we hate that you did not enjoy your stay. We do send out emails prior to arrival to let our guests know the location of the office and the location they are staying, however we will review this to ensure it is more clear for our future guests. We reviewed our call logs and apologize that you had to call a few times to reach the front desk due to being extremely busy, however we did fall short on this. We apologize about having to move multiple times due to the unforeseen wifi outage at your original location that we had no control over, unfortunately the tv is dependent on the internet and caused additional frustration. Our management team checked the final unit you checked into and did not find any of these issues prior to your arrival so we apologize as we did not see any of these issues.
