I have never seen a hotel in as bad of shape as this one. Ants on the furniture, someone else's trash under both mattresses ( chew can lid, grocery bag, and smeared orange/red/brown all over the bed skirting, door had a huge gab allowing hallway light in. The walls and ceiling gave never been cleaned not to mention the carpets and tile never mopped properly. The outside door handle coming off the door and the faucet handle coming off the shower. You should be ashamed of the state of your establishment.
We have stayed in Best Western hotels for years and this was the first one that was so bad. From the surly check in to the very old, ugly and dirty carpets. Our toilet seat was cracked and the transition strip from tile to carpet was cracked and a tripping hazard. Some of the tile in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and the spigot in the shower pulled out of the wall when I took a shower. There was only a desk and chair available to sit. We asked for a room with another chair and small table and were told we could only get that in a suite. I have NEVER experienced such things in a Best Western. Who ever owns that property needs to clean the place up. I would never stay there again and will never recommend it. To add insult to injury, the breakfast was stone cold. Not even close to Best Western standards.
This hotel jas a great location as it is only about seven minutes from the airport and they offer an airport shuttle. It did have a bit of a musty smell in the hallways and they did not offer late checkout past 11 AM. Also, the shower did drip and would not turn off completely. The free breakfast was decent. Overall the stay was fine.
The property is a little dated and could use some attention. Our door key required multiple attempts to get it to function. There was clipped paint & woodwork. Also no stopper in bathroom sink, TV remote usage guide or channel guide. Overall, the room was otherwise comfortable.
It's okay if you only need one night stay, but I stayed 3 nights. Most of the staff are rude and they use the outdoor patio as a group break area, talking and cussing loudly. The walls and doors have multiple paint jobs but looks like they weren't cleaned first, or after. The carpets and floors are not well cleaned, they looked dirty around edges and behind trash cans. The room hair dryer didn't work and when I called the front desk the lady was rude, it took longer than 20 minutes to get a replacement and when I called to get an update she snapped at me that they were looking for one. The last night there I was unable to wash laundry because it was after the front desk "market" closed and it's the only place to buy detergent and get change, even though the front desk is staffed all hours. Breakfast had a large assortment of options.
When I arrived, Kimberly, the desk clerk was incredibly unfriendly. She said she needed to finish a text on her phone. She barely looked up at me the whole time. I asked her a few questions in a friendly manner, and she was just surly. I didn’t wanna deal with her again when we got to our room and found out that the shower faucet didn’t work and no water came out. The sink was completely plugged and a little water would fill it up. Also, our door looked like at some point it had been kicked in because it did not fit properly and you could see light all around it. When we got on the elevator, we could smell weed. There was also a cop talking to some people at the end of the hallway. Not a great place to stay. I do not recommend it. Best Western has really gone downhill by having this place as one of its franchise.

Sorry you did not like your stay but we are working on getting things back to order that is your opinion of our hotel but we will have it great again

We do apologize that you did not like your stay with us but we are working on getting the hotel better and remodeled . As for the staff they do a good job maybe that day its was busy we do apologize for that have a great day

We do apologize for the experience you had with the front desk person kim but over all this hotel is getting remodeled it takes time . We are sorry you did not have a pleasant stay but in the future it will be better
