Worth the stay
The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. Front desk person was so kind and sweet to everyone that walked in. The bed and couch were comfy. So much space and the walk in shower was nice. The only reason i won't give it 5 stars was because i could sadly hear the room above me. Like if children and adults were running around above me. For as fancy as it is i would think they could soundproof it better. I would stay again if i needed to.

The property was clean and smelled cleaned. The rooms were great and the ac was super cold just like I like it. A lot of guest the day I came so breakfast was not enough to feed everyone but the french sticks were delicious

We've enjoyed this property before. Unfortunately they had a major leak that damaged the room we were supposed to stay in. So they had to relocate our reservation to another hotel. The hotel they set us up with is a total dump. As great as the Hyatt is, unfortunately, I dont think I'll be coming back.

While everything was good as far as the room and the very nice staff, for some reason, i was charged before my staff was o er and i was checked out a day early. Because of that i was locked out of my room. Not sure if it was due to a system failure or what, i had to show the my co firmation was until the 4th. Everything else was all good.
