I drove up to the property and was surprised to find it attached to a mini mall of sorts. The parking is ample but not really secure since it is part of the general parking fo rall of the businesses. The front desk people who greeted me were great. It was very late but they were still incredibly welcoming and got me right into my room so I could go to sleep. The suites are spacious and have a kitchen area and living room are, a separate (small/cramped) bedroom and a separate bathroom. Breakfast was a collection of things you can bag individually. Not at all what I expected. It's more of a grab and go situation. I had took a bagged bagel, two mozzarella sticks and two bagged hard boiled eggs. There was also a coffee and tea station. If I knew it was a bagged breakfast, I would have woken up earlier and gone to a local restaurant. If/when I stay here in the future I will make sure to cook my own breakfast in my room or go somewhere else for breakfast. One thing I really didn't care for is that the floor was sticky in places in my room and also in the breakfast room. As I was checking out I could see the cleaning crews coming in. Suddenyl, there was a ton of staff on hand. I wish they had enough staff to clean up messes as they happen rather than just at check out each day.

carpet was so dirty and my feet were black walking around on it in my room. No decent soap, shampoo or conditioner provided, really cheap awful stuff in wall dispensers. No hot food for breakfast. This used to be a nice place but not anymore.

The room smelled terrible. Said it was just carpet cleaned. Pictures looked nice on website. This is not as nice as the pics. Would not stay again.

The hotel was decent and OK, however it seemed a bit tired and worn. The floors in the room seemed very old, the refrigerator was very noisy, bed very creaky. Staff were functional but not friendly. Price was good and location good for me but long in the tooth compared to other local hotels.

Closed to the bowling alley for Pepsi Tournament

I loved the location. The receptionist was talking about the old manager letting drugs and prostitution happen and that the hotel had not been updated yet… I thought she was exaggerating but the room was very much in need of updating. The carpet was torn up at the edge. The blanket in the closet had a stain. A broken wine glass in the cabinet… other than that it was clean and quiet.

I didn't at the hotel very much because I was at the hospital where my brother was dying but the staff was very sympathetic and did what ever they could to be accommodating to my needs. Great ladies there.

This hotel has gone so far downhill over the last 10 years I couldn’t believe it! My room was dirty, the front desk never had a blanket brought to my room after I said I was cold. There was a lot of noise at 6 am including several barking dogs in a room next door! I thought let’s weren’t allowed. Next time I will stay elsewhere. There was nothing healthy for breakfast everything Pre-packages and full of sugar and preservatives! Thank goodness for a banana! You could at least get yogurt. I’ve stayed here about 8 times and this was my last

Hotel was ok. Grocery store, CVS, and restaurant within walking distance was a plus.

Dirtiest hotel room I ever stayed in. No real service due to COVID they said. My feet were almost black on the bottom just from walking around in the room

This is an extended stay hotel which is a bit dated. We had to get new key cards each day because they stopped working. Strange air freshener? Closet door was defective. Location convenient to downtown Sacramento as well as Arden/Arcade.

No service and they said this was due to COVID. No towel service. No service at all. There were long hairs on my pillow from whomever. Not sure they even changed the sheets from the person before! It was gross. My feet got dirty on the bottom from walking around the room barefoot.

I stay in the third floor I can hear the noise upstairs people walking, The kitchen sink is block I cannot use the dishwasher it’s not working The service is great when you ask for new tower, people are friendly the front Dess are good I like it, and they have breakfast in the morning

Great location.

I called to confirm my reservations prior to leaving, verifying / confirming they were paid for in advance and was informed of the $100 room deposit was to be paid upon check-in. No big deal. After the 2.5 - 3 hour drive to get to Larkspur Landing in sacramento, CA is when I was notified by the front desk clerk began checking me in easily until he asked for the room deposite. It was then that I found out that I was not able to use the same prepaid debit card i had already used online paying for my stay IN FULL, to pay for the $100 room deposit that was tone refunded at check out. He then informed me that it was because my card doesn't have that security chip in it therefore they would not allow me to stay.they would accept a cash deposit. I explained stressed out at that point why I was even there hoping that he would get the manager, but not only did he not offer it or try to work with me on it , he would not seek out his manager at all even after I requested to speak with them. He said those are the rules no exceptions, period! WTH! SERIOUSLY? What successful business would willingly LIMIT themselves by only accepting chipped credit and debit cards for payment and expect to make a profit?!?!
