The Econolodge was very conveniently located, being near good bars and restaurants, coffee shops, and walkable to the Golden1 arena. They also had surprisingly good pillows. The trade off is that it is very run down, not everything in the room worked (iron, tv remote), and you may have trouble sleeping due to the local urban campers screaming though the night. We didn't feel unsafe, but we did keep a watchful eye. Our Uber drivers also questioned our sanity. I appreciated the ambiance but my two travelling partners did not. So I wouldn't stay here if you are very particular about your accomodations, but if you don't mind roughing it a little then I'd say go for it.
I would not recomend this palce to anyone. Don't be fooled by the free breakfast it is a bogus advertisement. There is hardly anthing to eat, they keep one apple, one orange, five to 10 cheapest white bred slices, sugar cerials, no milk. eggs are grose they smell sour and rotten. i had a egg and i got upset tummy all most immediately. Not good and sanitory conditions. The money you spend not even worth for the rooms AC don't work properly elivator makes bang bang noice terrible experience.

the property is in a nice area and I felt safe there, the property is well maintained, very clean and quiet.
Liked frig & microwave. Clean-but could use a little updating of paint, etc if room

I enjoyed the stay, it was excellent. I am very sensitive to smell and the room smell of strong chemicals to me. But I’m sure everyone will be fine!
We arrived early (9:30 am) and the staff let us leave our car there while we were at the convention center. Very nice people, AC worked great, comfortable beds, great location for convention center.
Sink and tub did not drain. Construction going on next door that was extremely loud. Walls are so thin that we heard every car that passed and the people in the room next to us who were up all night partying. The door had large gaps at the bottom and side allowing light and whatever else to get through... overall a very disappointing stay. You would be better off spending $10 more and staying at a Ramada or something/ anything else.
A few blocks from the main street. Check in is easy. Breakfast is the least they can serve and get by cheap. Three months ago it was much nicer, but maintenance is the least they can do to "keep the place going".
