The fire alarm was broken/going off all night. We spoke to the employee and said we could get a refund for the night since they could not shut the fire alarm off for whatever the reason was....fire department was out to the location and could not assist either. Anyways, now the hotel manager is not approving the refund since we booked it through Orbitz....and the manager said he/she will stand by the non cancellation policy.....do not book a room here.....Terrible and will not do it right/justice by refunding the money for a night.
