The desk clerk wants to upsell you even when to do so is ridiculous. Before using expedia, l had phoned the hotel and he lied to me saying the only room left was a suite. I then went onto your site an saw you had listed multiple rooms at half the price of the suite. I booked through you and when l checked in, he tried to upsell me again, to a room with two queen beds. I was by myself, why would l want two queen beds. He is some young east Indian guy. Im guessing he gets a commission on upsells
