The unique was a tropical jungle inside resort and 2 flamingos. My wife and me liked coffee shop with delicious cakes. Food was on average but tasty. The resort is close to the ocean and you don't need walk far away. When it comes to cons :safe box is close to floor and is difficult to access ,cutlery is not enough/it's suppose to be full sets for person/.I'd recommend resort& I'd come again.Thank you CRIBE DELUX PRINCESS

It's a decent resort, with beautiful beaches and clean rooms. We got what we expected out of it. But for the money, I think we'll go elsewhere next time... The food is very unhealthy - I think that's the case for all such all-inclusive hotels on Punta Cana. My observation is that they are very much understaffed which I think translates into a lack of service. The staff were all nice and decent people, but there's not enough of them to help me with the simplest things given the volume of guests. Examples include getting seated at a clean table in the buffet or just to get a coffee in the morning - unless I have some tip money showing, which is understandable =) Also, not related to the hotel, beware the "departure tax" that the Dominican government forces you to pay, just to leave. They didn't let us go into customs without paying this and it's clearly a money grab. Next time I'll take a holiday at a country that let's me choose how to spend my money on my own terms.
